Privacy Policy

Information we collect. Location data (with your permission, while the app is in use) to show
nearby helpers, safe havens, and help requests; profile information such as your display name, role selections,
and optional bio; motorcycle details you enter, which stay on your device except the year, make, and model
attached to a help request; messages and help requests you send; and device information (app version, device
model, OS version) when you contact support.
How we use it. To match riders with nearby helpers and services, display relevant map points,
enable messaging, and improve stability and support.
Sharing and selling. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with
advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers. Sharing inside the app happens only when you choose it, such
as sending a help request or registering a Safe Haven. Your ongoing location is never shown to other riders
outside a help request you sent.
Third parties. Apple MapKit on iOS and OpenStreetMap (via osmdroid) on Android for maps. No
analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social SDKs.
Retention and rights. Motorcycle details and settings are stored on your device. Your rider
profile, help requests, and messages are stored on our servers and deleted when you delete your account. You can
revoke location permission in device settings.
Children's privacy. MOTONET is rated 18+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from anyone under 18. See our
Child Safety Standards.

Delete your MOTONET account and data
In the app: open MOTONET, tap the Profile tab, scroll to
Account & Data, then tap Delete account & data and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and free, and no sign-in is required.
By email: write to
support@ridealliancehq.com
with the subject “MOTONET account deletion request” and include your in-app rider name.
This deletes your rider profile and anonymous account identity, your stored location, every help
request and message you sent, any Safe Haven you host, your motorcycle details, and your group
membership. Encrypted infrastructure backups age out within 30 days and are never used to restore
deleted accounts.
